Non-Blinding: The major advantage of the Kleenskreen system is that it is non-blinding. Because there are no cross wires or other obstructions to the flow, the material moves from one step to the next without having a chance to get caught. It tumbles down the deck breaking out any soil or material helping screening action.

Self Cleaning: While it is possible to “flood” the Kleenskreen finger deck screen by feeding it too fast, the deck will clean itself in a matter of minutes once the feed is slowed down. There is no need to climb on the machine to clean it off, as with other traditional screening media.

Modular Design: The Kleenskreen system is completely modular in design. After installing the framework, it is possible to change the openings by only changing the removable rod blocks. This change over is quick, simple, and cost effective. In addition, individual rods are replaceable. It is not necessary to replace the entire rod block when only one or two rods are worn.

Adjustable Rod Blocks: The rod blocks are adjustable so the speed of the material across the deck can be increased or decreased.

Versatility: The Kleenskreen system can be fitted to almost any deck configuration.
